Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on any hydraulic brake parts. All other non hydraulic parts can be returned with a 30% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges can be made 90 days after sale. No exceptions. Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost is non refundable. International orders might take 1-6 months to arrive. We will never re-ship products a second time if they do not arrive. No refund can be given until after the insurance claim pays SMM for missing parts and shipping. No exceptions. 

If you need to return/exchange a product for any reason and you are shipping it back from outside of the USA you will have to pay for shipping it to us. SMM cannot send prepaid shipping labels to customers outside of USA for any reason.
