1982 to 1994 BMW 325i 318i E30 front 11.8 inch rotor Wilwood Dynalight brake upgrade kit non M requires 15 inch wheels or larger.
This front brake kit includes:
1. Enormous Aluminum 4 piston Wilwood calipers in grey color
2. Enormous 300MM, 11.8-inch diameter x 25mm, 1" inch thick CNC dimpled, slotted, vented and machine balanced rotors
3. DOT approved custom fabricated steel braided brake lines
4. Custom fabricated T6061 aluminum brackets
6. Wilwood brake pads
7. All required hardware
This kit is a complete kit. There are no other parts needed to complete the installation. Installing is very easy, and can be done in less than two hours. The lightweight Aluminum Wilwood 4 piston calipers have 4.0 piston area. These calipers are available in many local auto parts stores, so replacing them is not a problem (part number Wilwood 120-13845 ). Large dimpled and slotted rotors are 300MM diameter x 25MM thick (11.8inch diameter x 1 inch thick). The vented slotted and dimpled rotors are precisely built with CNC machines. The steel braided brake lines are custom made to fit this brake kit for easy installation. The aluminum caliper brackets are made of the highest grade of aircraft quality aluminum on the market T6061. These brackets are very light and extremely strong. They will never rust or corrode. You have the choice of getting performance street brake pads or race only pads. This brake upgrade is also extremely lightweight; it will help reduce the amount of unsprung weight. This is important since it will allow your suspension to react to road conditions much faster than with heavy cast iron calipers. Each caliper weights 3.9 pounds! Your car will handle better and be more predictable. Overall it is a great brake kit that will make you stop faster and better than you could ever imagine.
Note: Requires 15-inch wheels.
In order to take full advantage of your front brake upgrade, we recommend deleting the OEM proportion valve to allow full pressure to rear brakes. Then if rear brake is too strong you can install an adjustable Wilwood prop valve and turn rear brake down until it perfect bias.
